CSINT, in collaboration with the Internet Governance Lab and Kibu, is hosting a Consensus Authorization Chat on January 27, 2026, from 12:00–2:00 PM in SIS Room 300.
This event will explore the future of technology, including the rise of deepfakes, voice scams, and digital fraud—and whether consensus authorization can help address these emerging challenges.
Speakers include:
Dr. Eric Novotny, Co-Founder of Kibu and former Program Director of FPNS, SIS
Eftychis Gregos-Mourginakis, COO and Co-Founder of Kibu, SIS Alumnus
The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Samantha Bradshaw, Director of CSINT and Professor at American University’s School of International Service.
